What you will do

  • Establish and improve long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities while expanding footprint within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to meet revenue and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering teams to demonstrate platform value to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, multi-stage sales negotiations from initial outreach to contract closure.

Requirements

  • Fluently bilingual in English and German is mandatory.
  • Must be based in Germany.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, specifically managing client relationships.
  • Proven track record of success selling middleware products or complex software solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with consultative sales methodologies like MEDIC or MEDDPICC.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI-driven IT initiatives or event-driven architecture (EDA).
  • Strong existing network within the German enterprise IT sector.
