What you will do
- Establish and improve long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities while expanding footprint within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to meet revenue and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering teams to demonstrate platform value to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead complex, multi-stage sales negotiations from initial outreach to contract closure.
Requirements
- Fluently bilingual in English and German is mandatory.
- Must be based in Germany.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, specifically managing client relationships.
- Proven track record of success selling middleware products or complex software solutions.
- Deep familiarity with consultative sales methodologies like MEDIC or MEDDPICC.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
