Location: Germany/DACH. Flexible remote / hybrid working model.

Salary: €98,000 – €120,000 base + €98,000 – €120,000 variable.

What you will do

• Own and develop a strategic enterprise territory across Germany/DACH.
• Drive net-new business and expand hirify.global’s footprint within large, complex organizations.
• Build and execute detailed account plans across multiple business units and buying centers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline focused on high-value enterprise opportunities.
• Lead value-based, executive-level conversations with CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement leaders.
• Partner with regional system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new business acquisition.
• Proven success selling into large, complex enterprise organizations (e.g., DAX, Fortune 1000 equivalents).
• Experience engaging with C-level and senior finance stakeholders.
• Strong account planning and territory management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Fluent in German and English
