Project Manager - Civil

Salary: Starting at $105,000 per year; final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Manage civil infrastructure and land development projects, including multidisciplinary projects, while meeting schedules, budgets, quality standards, and project metrics.
• Develop proposals, project strategies, scopes of work, risk assessments, and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal clients, engineers, developers, contractors, and prospective clients.
• Supervise internal project teams and subcontractors, assign work, and mentor other professionals.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and prepare construction plans and land development permit applications.
• Perform technical civil engineering work, including site planning and layout, entrance design, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, conveyance, and site grading.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• At least four years of experience in land development civil-site engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software and ArcGIS.
• Project management experience is preferred; a Professional Engineer license is optional.
