What you will do

• Define and drive the mid- to long-term strategy for the Engage and Protect business unit.
• Lead strategic analyses to improve market positioning and create value within the Enterprise business.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to implement large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Develop metrics to track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives for the Executive Committee.
• Manage key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning or business transformation.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional and international project teams.
• Strong strategic and business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in managing large-scale transformation projects.
