What you will do

• Plan and execute cards and payments change projects from current state to target solution.
• Manage hirify.global, client, and third-party resources while providing program visibility and progress reporting.
• Engage senior stakeholders and coordinate collaboration across business, technical, client, and hirify.global Hub teams.
• Drive project initiatives and deliverables with strong quality, timeliness, and risk management.
• Support clients in achieving business objectives, adoption, and value realization.
• Identify improvements in ways of working and contribute thought leadership on payments and retail banking.

Requirements

• Experience with card and payments products and their ecosystem.
• Management consultancy background with experience marketing consulting services and building client trust.
• Experience delivering payment-related business and technical projects end to end.
• Experience liaising between business and technical teams, managing dependencies, risks, transformation, and business readiness.
• Experience supporting project team members and applying Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Fluent English and fluent Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian required, depending on location.
