What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and shape effective digital solutions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams for fixed-price projects or embedded client engagements.
• Perform business and functional analysis to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to project management activities.
• Support business development efforts and share knowledge within the consulting team.
• Contribute to architectural design and organizational transformation strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, IT, economics, or management.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of the other national language.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in Business or IT Consulting is highly valued.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and connecting business requirements with technology.
• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Target Operating Models (IT Advisory).
• Knowledge of ESG or Product Management frameworks.
• Familiarity with architectural design principles.
