What you will do
- Lead complex digital transformation assignments for clients in the public and private sectors.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support project management efforts.
- Perform business and functional analysis to align technology with organizational goals.
- Contribute to architectural design and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate within high-performing multidisciplinary teams on fixed-price projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of the other national language.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with key ceremonies.
- Ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF, or Leading SAFe.
- PSPO I, PSPO II, or Scrum.org certification.
- Industry knowledge in Public Sector, Financial Services, or Defense & Security.
