Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA, with a hybrid requirement of three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) in-office.

Salary: $210,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Support high-priority strategic projects by providing data-driven analysis and clear recommendations.
• Partner with Strategy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems and develop fact-based solutions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis, including building business cases and investment evaluations.
• Assist in creating board-level and investor-facing strategy materials.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans and track project milestones.
• Collaborate across geographies and functions to ensure alignment and project momentum.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), corporate strategy, or business operations.
• Must be able to work in-office in San Mateo, CA, three days per week.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business case development.
• Excellent communication, slide-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
