What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through strategic territory management.
- Own the entire sales cycle from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver wins.
- Develop and execute territory, marketing, and channel engagement plans.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and data hygiene within Salesforce.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical decision-makers to business executives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy.
- Proven experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and territory planning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in competitive positioning and articulating value propositions against major market players.
- Strong communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for business purposes.
