What you will do

  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to improve CPA and ROAS.
  • Design A/B tests and build high-converting landing pages to boost sign-up and activation rates.
  • Support SEO and AI-visibility initiatives to strengthen organic acquisition.
  • Scale the Refer a Friend program by developing effective growth loops.
  • Build dashboards and translate funnel data into actionable insights using GA4, Tableau, and Amplitude.
  • Manage CRM automations and workflows to support member onboarding and lifecycle journeys.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing across the full campaign lifecycle.
  • Practical experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, Tableau, or Amplitude.
  • Essential: Experience building automations and workflows in a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and landing page optimization principles.
  • Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, ambitious environment.

  • Interest in how AI and emerging digital tools are changing growth marketing.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including Brand, Social, and Product.
