What you will do
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to improve CPA and ROAS.
- Design A/B tests and build high-converting landing pages to boost sign-up and activation rates.
- Support SEO and AI-visibility initiatives to strengthen organic acquisition.
- Scale the Refer a Friend program by developing effective growth loops.
- Build dashboards and translate funnel data into actionable insights using GA4, Tableau, and Amplitude.
- Manage CRM automations and workflows to support member onboarding and lifecycle journeys.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing across the full campaign lifecycle.
- Practical experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, Tableau, or Amplitude.
- Essential: Experience building automations and workflows in a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and landing page optimization principles.
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, ambitious environment.
