About the Role
You are responsible for owning end to end mobile user acquisition campaigns You will optimize ROAS and scale performance across channels You will be the expert for AppsFlyer ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution You will manage the creative process by briefing design teams and validating ad copy and video scripts You will use AI tools for optimization and you will analyze performance with SQL Looker and Tableau You will monitor mobile ad fraud and implement prevention measures
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing with mobile app growth
- Expert working knowledge of AppsFlyer
- Proven success in ROAS-focused campaign optimization
- Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding USD 300k
- Extensive hands on experience managing Google Meta ASA and TikTok campaigns
- Fluency in professional and technical English
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation optimization and scaling of mobile UA campaigns across Google Meta ASA TikTok and other channels
- Maximize ROAS and achieve efficient mobile user acquisition targets
- Serve as the expert user for AppsFlyer ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution
- Manage the creative process by briefing design teams and generating and validating effective ad copy and video scripts
- Utilize AI tools for copy creation campaign optimization and performance analysis
- Develop understanding of mobile ad fraud and implement prevention tools
- Self serve data via SQL Looker Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams
