Salary: $76,000 – $96,000 USD

What you will do
- Own mid-funnel channel activation and campaign execution within Campaign Manager 360 and other platforms.
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to manage asset delivery and test new ad formats.
- Explore and test emerging channels like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube on TV to expand program reach.
- Develop and analyze audience targeting strategies to improve traffic quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain budget, invoicing, and billing trackers for accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance dashboards to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, finance, or marketing/product analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, vlookups) and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and campaign tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with ad technology tools like Campaign Manager 360, DV360, or Google Ads is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or social science major is preferred.
