Salary: $124,540 - $180,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of system administrators and engineers supporting federal infrastructure.
• Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with mission requirements and SLAs.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance management for the team.
• Ensure high availability and resilience of mission-critical systems.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Perform hands-on support of Enterprise SQL databases.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelors Degree with 12+ years of IT technical management experience.
• 8-10 years of leadership experience managing system administrators and engineers.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for compliance and operations.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools such as ACAS, Tenable, Nessus, or Qualys.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
