What you will do

• Grow and develop the Development & Automation team through onboarding and mentoring.
• Define the technical roadmap, tooling standards, and delivery priorities for the function.
• Build and deploy workflow automations, system integrations, and AI-enabled solutions for internal and client environments.
• Create reusable automation patterns to scale efficiency across various teams and clients.
• Develop reporting dashboards and metrics to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Streamline service desk, ticketing, onboarding/offboarding, billing, and client lifecycle workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, DevOps, or technical operations.
• 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring on AI or automation initiatives.
• Background in MSP, SaaS, or other multi-client service environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell, Power Platform, and APIs.
• Experience with reporting tools, specifically Power BI, and knowledge of data structures.
• Proven track record of applying AI to real operational or client-facing use cases.
