Salary: $170,000–$230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers with a focus on career development and team health.
• Create clarity around priorities, expectations, and successful outcomes for the team.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to drive execution and deliver high-quality software.
• Support projects from early planning and architecture through implementation and maintenance.
• Stay close to technical work by reviewing plans, participating in architecture discussions, and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Reinforce strong engineering standards, testing habits, and ownership across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with modern web applications.
• Experience managing, leading, or mentoring engineers in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong technical judgment regarding architecture, system design, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Must be based in the U.S. as we are unable to sponsor work visas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
