Principal Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical counterpart for strategic enterprise accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery and translate complex business problems into scalable solution architectures covering workflows, agents, integrations, and governance.
• Define and guide proofs of concept, pilots, technical validations, and production rollouts.
• Establish measurable POC success criteria and benchmarks covering accuracy, latency, coverage, usability, reliability, and business impact.
• Build reusable reference architectures, workflow patterns, benchmark templates, technical validation frameworks, and credible demo environments.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering while mentoring customer-facing technical staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
• Strong experience with enterprise customers and complex software environments.
• Hands-on technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, workflow systems, and enterprise software architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, including LLM-based applications, orchestration, RAG, automation workflows, or related applied AI use cases.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise proofs of concept, technical validations, or pilot programs and communicate with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in AI, automation, enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience supporting global enterprise accounts or working in regulated industries.
• Experience building benchmark methodologies, demo environments, or internal technical enablement systems.
• Previous team lead, guild lead, or functional mentoring experience in Solutions or Architecture.
