Salary: $129,400 - $161,800 + commissions

What you will do
- Manage key client relationships as the main point of contact to ensure retention and identify new sales opportunities.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align and Nemetschek solutions with their strategic priorities.
- Develop and manage a long-term sales pipeline, moving deals through standard processes to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Legal, to ensure smooth purchasing.
- Monitor AEC/O industry trends to identify new business prospects and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Sales within the AEC/O industry.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven ability to present and negotiate with C-suite executives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of standard sales methodologies and processes.
