Salary: $129,400 - $161,800 + commissions

What you will do

  • Manage key client relationships as the main point of contact to ensure retention and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with C-level executives to align hirify.global and Nemetschek solutions with their strategic priorities.
  • Develop and manage a long-term sales pipeline, moving deals through standard processes to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Legal, to ensure smooth purchasing.
  • Monitor AEC/O industry trends to identify new business prospects and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Sales within the AEC/O industry.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven ability to present and negotiate with C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of standard sales methodologies and processes.
