What you will do

  • Manage a team of Account Managers and supervise sales activities through channel partnerships in the UK.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and territory plans specifically for the BFSI sector.
  • Cultivate relationships with key channel partners, enterprise customers, and industry leaders.
  • Drive pipeline management, lead generation, and weekly forecasting using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Assume full responsibility for annual revenue targets, budgets, and account management within the region.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide on-the-job training, and guide staff to exceed quota goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven quota-driven sales experience in the technology industry, specifically in networking or security infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience managing remote field sales teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and SaaS-based value selling.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain CxO-level relationships.
  • English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
