Salary: £50,000–£65,000 base + £15,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own and develop long-term relationships with high-value clients as the primary commercial contact.
• Build account strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
• Lead regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery of customer outcomes.
• Identify and drive up-sell, cross-sell, and contract expansion opportunities.
• Manage contract renewals and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles within ERP or SaaS.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing and retaining accounts.
• Must be based in the UK.

• Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools.
