Sr. Project Manager – Land Development

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States; hybrid work model

Salary: $139,000–$182,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage all phases of land development projects, delivering them on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Build long-term client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 15+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and projects.
• Ability to manage projects independently and make timely, practical decisions.
• Strong client service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
