• Delegate tasks to ensure machines are utilized efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Ensure operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO training.
• Plan and monitor labor schedules to match volume needs and prepare following shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• 3-5 years of print maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in production and operations management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
