hirify.global is a tech-enabled services company powered by Entravision that specializes in data-driven mobile advertising and customer engagement platforms.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute branding and positioning strategies in alignment with global corporate standards.
  • Support the sales team with high-impact materials, client initiatives, and prospect outreach.
  • Supervise the overall content strategy across social media, website, case studies, and PR channels.
  • Organize and execute industry events, speaking opportunities, and in-house lead generation activities.
  • Design KPI dashboards, manage the annual budget, and deliver detailed monthly reporting (MBR).
  • Recruit, train, and lead a global marketing team, including product marketing and design.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including expertise in events, ABM, and project management.
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing, mobile applications, and the advertising industry.
  • Experience managing marketing P&L.
  • English proficiency is required; CV must be submitted in English.
  • Legal permit to work in Spain is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
