What you will do

• Deploy end-to-end email campaigns, including target building and scheduling.
• Monitor and report on performance to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Manage and regularly update campaign forecasting to guide commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with the CRM Tech team to optimize operational processes and efficiency.
• Execute test-and-learn strategies in coordination with the planning team.
• Identify opportunities for personalization to expand the mailable customer base.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong experience designing and running email campaigns in an ESP.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with customer data and performance reports.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work setup.
