What you will do
- Support the development and execution of CRM strategies across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Manage customer data activation to deliver personalized communications throughout the lifecycle.
- Build, execute, and optimize automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Conduct A/B tests and implement learnings to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze customer behavior and transactional data to generate actionable marketing insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Data to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Must be based in Madrid and able to work in a hybrid format.
- 2–3+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in HTML and experience with ESP platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer segmentation and A/B testing.
