What you will do

• Own end-to-end campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.
• Drive creative testing, working closely with designers and copywriters to develop ad concepts.
• Analyze data to unlock new growth opportunities, building and maintaining dashboards to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to understand user behavior and drive growth strategies.
• Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas.
• Build global partnerships with ad platform partners and external agencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media (ideally in mobile apps or consumer tech).
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset, confident using data to guide creative and budget decisions.
• Creative curiosity and a collaborative energy.
• Optimization and AI curiosity.
• Fluent in English.
