What you will do

• Oversee the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of the Global Treasury and Payment Network (GTPN) team.
• Manage multiple feature teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to bring financial products from concept to launch.
• Define the technical vision for the business domain and ensure delivery quality across engineering streamlines.
• Use data-driven insights to measure product success and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
