What you will do
- Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
- Own engineering delivery for major product areas while maintaining reliability and technical quality.
- Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution.
- Drive architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
- Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, system design, and production reliability.
- Coach engineers, manage performance, improve engineering processes, and own incident resolution and root-cause prevention.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience building and shipping production systems.
- Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
- Technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to make architecture trade-offs while balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong people leadership, product sense, ownership, and the ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
- Strong English communication is required for collaboration across global teams.
