What you will do
- Set and execute the engineering vision and technical direction with executive and product leadership.
- Lead engineering strategy and execution across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and platform services.
- Oversee architectural planning and technical decisions focused on scalability, security, reliability, and compliance.
- Build a high-performing engineering organization through mentoring, structured feedback, career development, and scalable onboarding.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Operations on priorities, roadmap planning, and delivery.
- Champion CI/CD, testing, observability, DevOps culture, and agile development practices.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience leading and growing engineering teams at high-growth technology companies or scale-ups, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Deep technical expertise in modern architectures and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with agile development, DevOps, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Strong leadership, communication, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
