What you will do
- Maintain the job architecture framework, ensuring consistent application of job families, levels, and titles across functions.
- Lead the validation of new and updated job profiles to prevent duplication, misclassification, or uncontrolled title creation.
- Ensure job architecture data is accurately reflected across HR systems, reporting sources, and internal registers.
- Support system-related changes, including implementation activities and validation of system configurations.
- Maintain standards, templates, and documentation for job architecture to support internal and external audits.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Organizational Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of job architecture concepts, including job families and role scope.
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset for role analysis.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2) for professional documentation and communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in job evaluation, compensation structures, or organizational design.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
