Job Architecture Specialist (HR Operations)

Location: Lviv preferred, or Western or Central Ukraine; remote options available

What you will do

• Own and maintain the job architecture framework covering job families, levels, titles, reference files, and dictionaries.
• Lead validation of new and updated job profiles, ensuring appropriate scope, level differentiation, and compliance with standards.
• Identify and challenge duplication, misclassification, inconsistencies, and uncontrolled title creation.
• Align job architecture data across HR systems, reporting sources, and internal registers.
• Support system-related changes, implementation activities, configuration validation, and reference-data updates.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails while supporting internal and external audits related to job profile governance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of job architecture concepts, including job families, levels, and role scope.
• Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyze and compare roles across functions with strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to justify decisions based on established frameworks and standards.
• Upper-intermediate English required for professional documentation and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in job architecture, job evaluation, compensation structures, or organizational design.
• Experience with job profile validation and governance in a multi-role organization.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
