TL;DR
Account Executive (Enterprise): Driving strategic sales of SaaS customer engagement solutions to large financial services organizations in the DACH and CEE regions with an accent on complex solution selling and navigating enterprise decision-making processes. Focus on building cross-functional relationships, managing high-value pipelines, and delivering business value assessments to secure long-term partnerships.
Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of large financial services companies across DACH and CEE regions.
- Lead complex sales cycles for SaaS solutions with deal sizes ranging from $200K to $1M+.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within large enterprise organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Develop and present business value assessments to demonstrate ROI to strategic clients.
- Prioritize and manage assigned accounts to ensure consistent coverage and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to strategic clients.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, specifically within marketing technology, CRM, or analytics.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to travel as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with Command of the Message methodology.
- Prior experience working with SI’s, tech, and agency partners.
- Deep understanding of the mobile marketing space.
