TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS/Design): Driving net-new enterprise customer acquisition and expanding partnerships within the DACH region with an accent on consultative selling and complex multi-stakeholder deal management. Focus on building executive-level relationships and delivering value-based solutions for iconic global brands.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
  • Engage decision-makers across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, and Procurement functions.
  • Present persuasive proposals and negotiate complex contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German required.
  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology solutions sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
