What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for e-Invoicing solutions, including competitive positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
  • Design and operationalize the GTM playbook for IVA+, including target segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and deal qualification frameworks.
  • Define the post-sale client journey to improve customer activation rates, product usage metrics, and overall retention.
  • Develop strategies to monetize and grow the supplier and e-Invoice network as a core growth engine.
  • Serve as the primary strategic voice for the AP/AR business, briefing the Board and executive leadership on market dynamics.
  • Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure GTM execution matches the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, commercial leadership, or strategic consulting within enterprise SaaS or Fintech.
  • Deep domain expertise in AP/AR, e-invoicing, and financial automation, including understanding of regulatory mandates (CTC, Peppol, ViDA).
  • Proven track record of designing GTM playbooks and commercial frameworks that directly drive ARR growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite clients and Board members.
  • Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional influence in matrixed environments without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience with network or ecosystem business models (supplier networks, two-sided marketplaces).
  • Background in e-invoicing compliance, tax technology, or regulated financial services across multiple geographies.
  • Experience leading small, high-impact specialist teams in a matrixed or overlay model.
  • Proficiency with AI-enabled tools for commercial analytics, market intelligence, and GTM optimization.
