What you will do

  • Lead strategic transformation discussions with C-level executives on the shift from traditional SEO to AI-driven visibility (GEO/AIO).
  • Own technical solution validation, including deep-dive discovery and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Map complex technical problems to business solutions through compelling storytelling.
  • Partner with Account Executives as a "force multiplier" to accelerate the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate how hirify.global data integrates into broader Digital Experience stacks like Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to translate enterprise client feedback into API and data integration enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Solutions Engineering within a SaaS company.
  • Deep familiarity with the MarTech/SEO ecosystem (e.g., hirify.global, Ahrefs, Conductor, BrightEdge, or SimilarWeb).
  • Proficiency in formal sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Technical understanding of HTML/CSS, APIs, and Enterprise CMS structures (Adobe AEM, Contentful).
  • Proven ability to assist in closing 6 and 7 figure deals.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a digital agency or running high-volume SEO/Digital campaigns.
