What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and product expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, technical deep dives, and custom product demonstrations.
- Design and validate solution approaches involving data ingestion, identity resolution, and automation.
- Address technical inquiries regarding architecture, security, APIs, and system interoperability.
- Define success criteria and evaluation frameworks for pilot programs to accelerate deal velocity.
- Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 2-4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of leading technical evaluations and POCs that influenced revenue.
- Proficiency with modern CRM and GTM ecosystems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Practical understanding of data flows, enrichment, APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders.
