TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States or Canada)

Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 USD OTE

hirify.global is a Visual Development Platform that uses AI to bridge the gap between design (Figma) and production code, eliminating bottlenecks between design and development.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to engage engineering leaders, architects, and developers in a consultative sales process.
  • Lead technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and guide prospects through hands-on proof of value (POV) engagements.
  • Advise customers on integrating AI-powered development into their workflows and identifying high-value use cases.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and workshops for both business and technical audiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security and compliance questions, escalating complex requirements to relevant teams.
  • Gather field feedback to partner with Product and Engineering teams for continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience selling to Enterprise customers and managing senior technical and business relationships.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tooling and the modern software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with modern development frameworks and technologies (APIs, JavaScript, React, JSON).
  • Proven track record of running structured POV processes and driving toward measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or selling developer tools or AI-powered coding platforms.
  • Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
