What you will do

• Lead strategic procurement and hands-on delivery for high-materiality sourcing activities.
• Identify and execute strategic sourcing initiatives including RFPs, E-Auctions, and outsourcing across all business units.
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of procurement initiatives based on ROI and priority.
• Collaborate with category leads and regional teams to align with hirify.global transformation projects.
• Manage and develop one direct report to achieve commercial objectives and mitigate risk.
• Provide Management Information (MI) and reporting on savings and spend data.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT or indirect procurement experience in a global environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong expertise in negotiation and contract drafting.
• Proficiency in digital procurement tools and RFx processes.
• Degree or MCIP qualification preferred.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
