Country Purchaser Regional Sourcing

hirify.global’s Sourcing department develops procurement strategies for materials and services, focusing on supplier partnerships, cost management, sustainable solutions, and the electrical industry.

What you will do

• Manage a defined group of vendors and partnerships, leading commercial negotiations on quality, cost, lead time, compliance, and sustainability.
• Integrate ESG requirements into sourcing and ensure suppliers comply with hirify.global’s Code of Sustainable Sourcing.
• Develop regional sourcing roadmaps and category strategies, oversee execution, and report savings and compliance.
• Collaborate with Category Management to identify synergies, aggregate volumes, and achieve commercial benefits.
• Implement the regional rollout of the “No PO, No Pay” initiative and ensure stakeholder alignment and timely deliverables.
• Maintain a supplier base that mitigates financial and operational risks, including action plans for risk suppliers and compliance with Group Purchasing Policy.

Requirements

• Academic degree or relevant commercial or technical education.
• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement techniques.
• Proven delivery of value through strategic activities.
• Operational and technical savvy, with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and goals.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, businesses, geographies, and disciplines.
• Strong presence and interpersonal skills for building partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other business partners.
• Negotiation skills up to senior-management level, including contractual negotiation, development, and local regulations.
• Fluent English, Spanish, and Catalan.
