What you will do

• Implement and follow up on procurement action plans across global business units.
• Support category strategy execution, deliver savings pipelines, and report on sourcing status, performance, risks, and savings.
• Lead global RFIs, RFPs, contract negotiations, sourcing tactics, and buying channels for HR services, outsourcing, and shared services.
• Collect, clean, structure, and analyze large volumes of procurement data using advanced Excel functions and analytical tools.
• Manage supplier relationships, business reviews, performance management, benchmarking, risk, compliance, quality, innovation, and CSR activities.
• Build partnerships with internal customers and present procurement strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in procurement or a related area.
• Minimum Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional sourcing skills and technical knowledge of the relevant category or domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, negotiation, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Advanced data-crunching skills using Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Thinkcell.
• Good understanding of finance and legal aspects.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, adapt quickly, assimilate new skills, and collaborate with strong interpersonal sensitivity.
• Commitment to compliance and ethics.
• Fluent English is required.
