Senior Procurement Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote within Spain, with the option to work from the Marbella headquarters; eligibility to work in Spain and European legal working status are required.

What you will do

• Own procurement requests from intake through vendor onboarding, contract signature, renewals, and offboarding.
• Lead commercial negotiations with software vendors, SaaS providers, service partners, and support IT Operations with larger technical purchases.
• Coordinate Legal, Compliance, IT, requesting teams, department heads, and senior leadership throughout vendor reviews and renewals.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, vendor records, procurement documentation, and the renewal calendar.
• Monitor vendor performance and supplier relationships, including SLAs where applicable.
• Identify savings opportunities, prepare procurement and spend reports, and improve procurement workflows, policies, and the AI-driven procurement platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, including hands-on ownership of negotiations and vendor relationships.
• Experience procuring software, SaaS, or technology services.
• Ability to work with technical teams and communicate with IT and engineering about their tools.
• Strong negotiation skills with concrete examples of personally driven savings.
• Proactive approach to improving terms and reducing spend.
• Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and working with senior leaders.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple renewals and requests simultaneously.
• Experience with procurement tools or ERP procurement modules, plus curiosity about AI-enabled tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication in Spanish and English, and eligibility to work in Spain.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or vendor security reviews; training is provided if needed.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology company or scaleup.
• Experience improving or building on an existing procurement system.
• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or a procurement certification such as CPM or CPSM.
