Strategic Sourcing Manager (Procurement)

What you will do

• Lead financial modeling and business cases for sourcing, supplier negotiations, transformation initiatives, and strategic contracts.
• Translate sourcing strategies into insights on cost drivers, benefits, risks, total cost of ownership, and value creation.
• Build standardized dashboards and reports covering cost evolution, procurement performance, and financial impacts.
• Manage the Purchasing Strategic Office, including budgets, project prioritization, resource allocation, PMO reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify sourcing improvement opportunities, introduce value-added services, support automation, and benchmark market best practices.
• Lead or support transversal purchasing projects, contract renegotiations, and transformation initiatives with the Chief Procurement Office and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, procurement, finance, or project management within a multinational company.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI or Excel.
• Experience managing projects in complex matrix environments and delivering process improvements.
• Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain financial topics to diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative approach and comfort working in virtual and multicultural teams.
