What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including needs identification, RFx activities, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract signature, and savings reporting.
• Implement contracts with Regional Buyers and coordinate negotiations with Legal, Finance, IT stakeholders, and other internal partners.
• Support global IT Services category strategy, sourcing roadmaps, market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and vendor identification.
• Build internal stakeholder relationships, challenge requirements, identify alternative supply options, and implement customer action plans.
• Govern strategic IT Services vendors, track performance and SLA compliance, and lead improvement initiatives and renegotiations.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in strategic technology procurement in an international environment, or an engineering/sales background complemented by relevant procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting models, negotiation principles, and contract lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge requirements, and provide strategic alternatives.
• Proactive mindset, strong business understanding, and ability to anticipate needs.
• Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, contract management platforms, and virtual collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent English required.
