What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for HR and indirect services, from needs identification and market analysis through negotiation, contracting, implementation, and savings reporting.
• Manage sourcing activities for recruitment, training, HR consultancy, relocation, employee benefits, allowances, payroll, and other people-related services.
• Conduct RFx processes, supplier evaluations, fact-based negotiations, contract implementation, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, influence sourcing decisions, define requirements, and identify alternative supply options.
• Support category strategy, sourcing roadmaps, market intelligence, vendor discovery, pricing benchmarks, and cross-category initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, Regional Buyers, Legal, Finance, IT, Category Managers, and other business partners.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in services categories and ideally including HR-related services such as recruitment, training, payroll, relocation, or employee benefits.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization.
• Good knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting models, negotiation principles, and contract lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge requirements, and provide strategic alternatives.
• Proactive mindset, strong business understanding, and ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, contract management platforms, and virtual collaboration tools such as SharePoint.
• Additional language skills.
