What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of account executives focused on the Major & Enterprise vertical.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the SEAK region.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified sales approach.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading enterprise account executive teams.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
