What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, and close new expansion business opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting high-potential enterprise customers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor value propositions.
  • Deliver ROI-based business cases to executive stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Manage pipeline and revenue forecasting using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level leaders.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling cloud-based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions.
  • Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Established network and relationships within large accounts.
  • MBA degree.
