What you will do
- Prospect, identify, and close new expansion business opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting high-potential enterprise customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor value propositions.
- Deliver ROI-based business cases to executive stakeholders to drive growth.
- Manage pipeline and revenue forecasting using CRM tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level leaders.
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience selling cloud-based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Established network and relationships within large accounts.
- MBA degree.
