What you will do

  • Develop and execute vertical growth strategies to expand market share across carriers, MGAs, wholesalers, and reinsurers.
  • Drive strategic pursuits and pipeline expansion by aligning sales plays to insurance-specific challenges like core system modernization and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion differentiated insurance offerings, specifically Salesforce-based Digital Front Door solutions and core platform modernizations (ERP, CRM, Billing).
  • Collaborate with practice leaders in Data Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management to design coordinated account strategies.
  • Serve as an industry thought leader through webinars, conferences, and professional forums to influence market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven consultative solution-selling experience within the insurance industry.
  • Deep expertise in core system modernization, digital transformation, data, and AI initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and operational challenges facing carriers, MGAs, and specialty insurance organizations.
  • Executive-level communication skills and credibility with C-suite stakeholders (CIOs, COOs, CUOs).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong execution bias in fast-evolving markets.
