What you will do
- Manage and respond to inbound customer enquiries from the German-speaking market.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and renewal offers.
- Identify opportunities for product upgrades, add-ons, and cross-sell.
- Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Finance to resolve commercial requests.
- Assist with sales reporting, pipeline updates, and administrative sales processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Previous experience in internal sales, account support, or commercial customer service.
- Experience working with existing customers in a B2B environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Ability to work effectively across internal departments.
Nice to have
- Experience in software, SaaS, or design technology sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Understanding of kitchen, bathroom, or furniture industry workflows.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
