AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid

Base salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

hirify.global is building a SaaS operating system for beverage alcohol retailers that combines point of sale, payments, back office, inventory management, reporting, and e-commerce.

What you will do

• Own the merchant operations roadmap for the back-office web application and sequence releases.
• Lead product development for catalog, ordering, receiving, transfers, pricing, shelf labels, and other inventory workflows.
• Gather requirements directly from merchants, owners, managers, buyers, and bookkeepers, including onsite store research.
• Define and execute the AI feature strategy, including use cases, trust mechanisms, human oversight, and quality evaluation.
• Partner with engineering on scoping, prioritization, sequencing, instrumentation, adoption, and release coordination.
• Serve as the product point of contact for support, onboarding, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience.
• Experience owning a complex, data-heavy web application with active customers.
• Experience taking AI-powered capabilities from concept to production inside a traditional SaaS product.
• Knowledge of administrative workflows, roles, permissions, approvals, audit needs, and multi-tenant products.
• Experience operating independently, managing multiple workstreams, making tradeoffs, and defending product decisions.
• Strong customer research, written communication, product judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounting, finance, inventory management, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, or accounts-payable products.
• Retail, distribution, or point-of-sale experience with independent or small-format merchants.
• Ability to use SQL to answer product questions.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work.
