Associate Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $70,000–$110,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Colorado range: $75,000–$105,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate product launches, go-to-market activities, training materials, and post-launch feature adoption tracking.
• Lead discussions between integration partners and engineering teams and oversee new integrations.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, release notes, and internal process documentation.
• Monitor product dashboards and KPIs, investigate anomalies, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross-functional communication, and QA activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with data through spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Curiosity about technology and how software products are built and used.

• Exposure to SaaS products, healthcare or veterinary technology, or customer-facing roles.
