What you will do

  • Prospect into target enterprise accounts to drive pipeline generation through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery calls to final contract negotiation.
  • Map platform capabilities to the specific business objectives of German enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and Customer Success to optimize win rates against competitors.
  • Maintain high levels of sales hygiene and accurate deal forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable quota-carrying sales experience, preferably within SaaS, DevOps, or Cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record of new logo acquisition and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Must be based in Germany (Berlin or Munich) or eligible to work there.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
