Head/Director TAM Transformation & Services, Airports (AI)

Location: Reading, United Kingdom. Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH)

What you will do

• Define and execute the TAM services strategy, operating model, and performance framework.
• Own business performance including P&L, revenue, profitability, and pipeline growth.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and convert strategic opportunities into contracted services.
• Drive the delivery of AI-enabled use cases and managed data services to agreed quality and performance.
• Build and lead a centrally managed, globally distributed team of services professionals.
• Collaborate with airport CxOs to shape transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value realisation plans.

Requirements

• ~10 years of experience in airport operations, transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building and scaling services businesses and entrepreneurial leadership.
• Deep understanding of airport business models and operational ecosystem dynamics.
• Experience leading transformation programmes involving data platforms, analytics, or AI.
• Strong commercial leadership with P&L ownership and margin management.
• MBA or equivalent accreditation.
